Eligibility Requirements

Participation in Puck Perfect Pool services is subject to the following conditions:

  • Age Restriction: All participants must be 19 years or older as per Canadian provincial regulations
  • Geographic Location: Services are available only to residents of Canadian provinces where online lottery participation is legally permitted
  • Account Verification: Valid identification may be required for prize claim verification
  • Single Account: Each individual may maintain only one active account

Important Notice

Participation constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions. Violation of terms may result in account suspension, forfeiture of entries, or prize disqualification.

Lottery Participation

  • Entries are valid only when payment confirmation is received
  • Draw schedules and prize structures are subject to change with notice
  • Winning results are final and binding once officially declared
  • Unclaimed prizes are handled according to regulatory requirements
  • Technical errors may result in entry cancellation with refund

Account Management

Account holders are responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate and current personal information
  • Safeguarding account credentials and login information
  • Reporting unauthorized access or suspicious activity immediately
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of terms or suspicious activity.

Financial Transactions

  • All transactions are processed in Canadian dollars (CAD)
  • Entry fees are non-refundable except as specified in error policies
  • Prize payments are issued according to established schedules
  • Tax obligations for prize winnings are the responsibility of the winner

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Puck Perfect Pool and its affiliates are not liable for:

  • Technical interruptions or service availability issues
  • Losses resulting from unauthorized account access
  • Consequential or incidental damages from service use
  • Errors in result publication or prize calculation

Amendments and Updates

These terms may be modified periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users.
